A small island sat between Perhentian & Redang Island.
The island of Pulau Lang Tengah is located about 20 km offshore from Kuala Terengganu and 10 km west of Pulau Redang. The island itself is a small island of about 47.7 acres in size.The Management of this island comes under gazettes of Fisheries Protected Areas and the FisheriesAct 1985.
It is established as a marine park under the Marine Parks Malaysia order 1994, which came into force on 15 Dec 1994. The tropical climates of the island are influenced by the North East Monsoon. Daily temperatures are between 22 to 33 degrees

Mabul Island
Mabul is an island off the south-eastern coast of Sabah in Malaysia. It first became popular due to its proximity to Sipadan Island. Few years back, it has gained its recognition as one of the best "muck diving" sites in the world. Mabul Island is a small oval shaped island surrounded by sandy beaches and perched on the northwest corner of a larger 2 square kilometer reef. It is more correctly recognized now that the reason for the quality of the MUCK Diving is simply a result of overfishing uses of cyanide and dynamite by the local people of this area.

Kapalai Island
The island of Kapalai, just 15 minutes off Sipadan, was a beautiful island two hundred years ago, but now it is only a sand bar. Erosion has reduced the island to sea level and the village now sits on the edge of the extensive Ligitan Reefs. All of the buildings are on stilts which go down into the water.

Mataking Island
Mataking is a private island next to Sipadan, north of Mabul. The island is three times the size of Sipadan about 40 acres. The island is 40 minute by boat east of Semporna. From Mataking you can enjoy convenient, hassle-free and diverse macro-diving as well as the day trips to Sipadan 80 minutes by speedboat.
